Setting up Property Costs is initiated from the Costs Icon in the Navigation Pane. The Costs Details pop up window offers numerous options on Scope, Basis and Scheduling as well as how those costs are applied in the Valuation and whether Inflation is applied to a particular cost.
There is no limit to the number of costs that can be applied to each property.
