Creating Models

ANALYST files are called MODELS and these models can contain single properties or multiple properties.

The Data Source for these models can be an imported PISCES file or an internal native ANALYST file.

The native ANALYST file could have been created from new, imported from another ANALYST user, for example sent as an  e-mail attachment, or derived from an imported PISCES or Excel file.

Models therefore resemble Portfolios of Properties.

Creating a model is explained in the sections on Creating Properties and Creating Portfolios.

However certain setting need to be in place for the models to produce the required results and these are described in the following sections.
