The DCF default term is 5 years from the set up date as described in System Settings > Cashflow Default Term. This can be amended in the Inputs section as shown, the Interval can be selected from Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly or Annually. The Rates are entered manually. A global ERV growth profile can be switched on and off by checking or unchecking the Override Growth box.
