Analyst files are saved in pre-determined folders see System Settings > File Locations. Retrieving files is a straightforward File > Open and browse operation. Once the file is opened it is displayed in the Analyst Console and double clicking on the Property or Unit record opens the editing/viewing window. The records can be manually updated by entering the data and clicking OK.
The file then can be saved by clicking on the File > Save option from the Toolbar if the file is to be overwritten, or File > Save As if the file is to be saved as a new file.
