The Purchase and Sale details for the Portfolio are similar to that of a Property in that the Price options are the same. However a significant difference is the Aggregate checkbox. If the Aggregate checkbox is unchecked the DCF will reflect the Property level settings. However if the boxes are checked the Property level settings are ignored and the investment is considered as a single entity in terms of Purchase and Sale.
