The Categories global settings should already have been created (Analyst comes with some defaults) see System Settings > Categories. The Category Names of Guarantor Covenant, Tenant Covenant and Use Type are displayed as a default, So to apply the respective Category classifications for this new Unit click in the area under Value to open a drop down menu of the globally created list. Click to select and click OK.
