The Interest window in Analyst is where all the Lease Information is viewed and edited. All fields are updated manually or selected from any pre-set values in the drop down menus.
The set up of Capitalisation Rates, Growth & Inflation Rates and Indexation Rates are covered elsewhere in specific sections of this Manual.
The application of rates to this Lease is done by selecting from the Profile drop down lists, or by creating Local rates. Local Rates are set up by clicking on the ellipsis button and entering the values manually.
