Analyst files can easily be exported in PISCES and Excel formats. Note that the Export routine exports all Properties in a Portfolio. If a single Property only is to be exported it will be necessary to create a Single Property Portfolio, this is done by deleting those Properties which are not required and saving the Portfolio under a new name.
