Properties can easily be excluded from a Portfolio and the effect on the Valuation, DCF and any Reports instantly seen. Similarly Units can also be excluded from within a Property.
As this is not a destructive process any excluded Properties or Units can subsequently be re-included, even if the file has been saved.
