Setting up Investment Costs for Purchase and Sale at Property and Portfolio level follows the same procedure. The example shown below is for a Property.
Investment Costs - Purchase
Select the Property or Portfolio Menu from the Toolbar and click on Investment Costs - Purchase, the input window will pop up. Insert rows and details as indicated. The Type of cost can be either an amount or a percentage.
Setting up Investment Costs - Sale, is a similar procedure to that described above for Purchase.
