We have previously said that the valuation is carried out at Unit level and that a Portfolio valuation is an aggregation of the Unit values within it. However there are certain valuation functions that can be performed at the Portfolio level such as revaluing using a Single Yield and Goal Seek. These functions are the same as described in the Property Valuation section.
The Single Yield and Goal Seek functionality that operates at Property level also operates at Portfolio level.
