Through the Valuation window a form of Goal Seek can be carried out on the results of the Property valuation.
The outcome of this Goal Seek can be saved in the same way as the results of the Single Yield Scenario Analysis, and the original position can also be restored in the same way. In many ways the use of Goal Seek at Property Valuation level is similar to Single Yield valuation Scenarios.
All of the fields in the Valuation window can be edited and the results displayed instantly.
