Purchase and Sale settings are necessary for the DCF calculations to work. The Price options are Manual Valuation, Valuation and Exit Valuation. The Valuation and Exit Valuation Methods and Capitalisation Rates are set up at Unit level, see Capitalisation Rates. However these can be overridden here if required.
