Valuation Settings are defined at Portfolio and Property level, the Property settings are initially inherited from the Portfolio settings.
However these inherited Portfolio settings can be overridden at Property level. See the example shown below.
To override the Portfolio settings tick the Override checkbox and enter the amended settings.
