Valuations in Analyst are carried out at Unit level and the Property Value is an aggregation of the value of the Units within that Property, similarly the Portfolio Value is an aggregation of all the Units in the Portfolio. Properties and Units can be included or excluded as required, and Properties can be merged into Portfolios and valued as a new single entity.
Certain criteria have to be in place however before any meaningful valuation can be performed.

In an imported Portfolio or Property some of these settings may be present in the imported file.
