What is APERIO ANALYST?
ANALYST is a multi-purpose real estate investment analysis, appraisal and valuation product, which enables the user to create detailed models of portfolios of investments using DCF as well as traditional valuation methods. It provides dynamic links to Excel spreadsheets and acts as a centralized data hub to manage investment information flows.
Users access Portfolio and Property information from the Console screen, which is the interface to the system. This view enables quick and easy access to all records, input fields, actions such as valuations and reports. For more information, see The ANALYST Console.
Data can be entered manually or imported from external sources such as property management systems or from third party external systems, in either PISCES or Excel formats.
ANALYST is easy and intuitive to use as you will see in the coming chapters.
