We have previously said that the valuation is carried out at Unit level and that a Property valuation is an aggregation of the Unit values within it. However there are certain valuation functions that are performed at the Property level such as revaluing using a Single Yield and Goal Seek, both of which are described in the following sub-sections.
It is however the valuation results are what we are primarily concerned with here in this section.
The Property Valuation window is accessed by clicking the Valuation Icon on the Navigation Pane or from the Property Menu on the Toolbar.
This shows the Valuation Results and Yields and it is here that the Valuation Date is set.
Property Valuations are also displayed in the Portfolio window as shown above as well as in the Reports & Charts that come with Analyst.
