PrimeDeveloper is a real estate development analysis tool that enables the user to calculate residual valuations, profitability and cashflows which can be reported in various formats. It is designed for commercial, residential and mixed developments, ranging from simple schemes through to complex multi-phased developments.
It was designed in order that many of the repetitive functions are automated, allowing the software to give quick answers for both the new and experienced user. Once the basic information has been entered, it can be refined to take into account various timescales, phases, ‘S' curves and multi-financing.
